It is here! We present you with Blitzened, A truly complex, sweet, and savory cup made with a good bit of our Sulawesi Sapan Minanga. This grade 1 coffee is a wet hulled processed coffee with strong notes of herbs, forest floor, and cranberry. We have blended the Minanga with our natural processed Ethiopia Shantawene. As soon as we cupped it we knew we were standing in downtown Flavor-town. A fun and unique blend for certain.
