About the coffee and region:
True coffee story. Back in 2012, Claudia, the owner of Flight Coffee Co, fell in love with a coffee from the Huehuetenago region of Guatemala. Most coffee dorks affectionately refer to coffees from this region as Hue-hues. (Pronunced way-ways) They are quite often amicable, balanced, low maintenance and quite pleasing at any time of the day. This lot is as pleasing as a dog named Fido. It has amazing berry aromatics that carry over into the brewed coffee.
