Flavor Notes:
Pomegranate, Key Lime Pie, Caramel
From Our Cupping Lab:
In 2012, Claudia fell in love with a coffee from Huehuetenango. Affectionately referred to as "Huehues" (pronounced "way-ways"), these coffees are generally amicable, balanced, low maintenance, and pleasing at any time of day. The Cantinil was a hit last year in both coffee and espresso. Impressively balanced, smooth, and sweet, this coffee is as pleasing as a dog named Fido!
