This is another exciting Peruvian coffee! It's juicy and complex with high notes of apple and lemon finishing with subtle notes of plum. The classic chocolate and nutty notes of Central/South American coffees isn't prominent in this cup; while the bright notes will dance on your tongue and make you go for another sip, it's round and juicy body will bring those fruit notes into balance.
Process: washed
Altitude: 1650 masl
Varietal: catimor, caturra, pache
