Tasting Flight - Processing Methods
Central to our philosophy is that, side-by-side, you should be able to taste a difference between each of our offerings. Many factors contribute to flavor variations in coffee, such as soil content, elevation, varietal, climate, and processing method.
The first of our flight offerings, this selection of three coffees emphasizes the effects of processing, which encompasses all done at origin between and including harvesting and milling -- basically, all that goes into removing seed from fruit.
Variations in processing can massively impact the final product. This set of three coffees, each processed differently, demonstrates said impact.
