Guatemala - Huehuetenango Union Cantinil
blackberry, nougat, chocolate
From Our Cupping Lab
In 2012, Claudia fell in love with a coffee from Huehuetenango. Affectionately referred to as "Huehues" (pronounced "way-ways"), these coffees are generally amicable, balanced, low maintenance, and pleasing at any time of day. The Cantinil was a hit last year in both coffee and espresso, and this year's crop is even better. Impressively balanced, smooth, and sweet, this coffee is as pleasing as a dog named Fido!
