The "punchiest" mainline offering we've had in a long while, the Finca El Chilamate is an exciting cup of coffee. A big pear note dominates, with a touch of toffee and bergamot-infused florals adding some complexity and structure, especially as the coffee cools. If you tend to like our natural process Ethiopian offerings, the Chilamate might be up your alley, what with all its loud fruitiness.
