The Shantawene departs from a more "typical" natural Ethiopian flavor profile, what with their often prominent berry notes. Instead, expect toffee-like sweetness up front (especially when hot) and, after cooling a touch, a juicy apricot note with milk chocolate in the finish, all wrapped up in a smooth, milky body.
