The Chire isn’t a "typical" natural process Ethiopian coffee, what with their often prominent berry notes (though we'd be remiss to suggest that coffees from Ethiopia present anything but a broad spectrum of flavor). Clean and structured, this offering surprised us with notes of purple plum, hibiscus, and orange - an impressively complex cup.
