About the coffee and region:
This is a beautifully structured coffee. Absolutely intoxicating. It is very layered and very complex. It would make a wonderful single origin espresso. Kochere is a region south of Yirgacheffe and is located inside of the Gedeo zone. This area is home to some of the highest growing elevation coffee in the world. Higher elevations slow down the maturation of the coffee cherry which allows for more complex suars to develop. This a washed lot of heirloom variety and the floral aromas definitely carry over into the taste.
