Novices and professionals in the biz! This class focuses on the fundamentals of espresso and milk steaming skills.
- Students will learn how to prepare espresso according to SCA standards
- Students will taste and evaluate espresso based on its aroma, acidity, body and finish
- Students will visualize good characteristics (and by contrast bad characteristics) of espresso extraction.
- Students will steam milk and will learn how to create competition level microfoam for all their future espresso based beverages.
