Honduras - Proyecto Cabanas Microlot

Flavor Notes

dark chocolate, almond, fig

From Our Cupping Lab

An impressively complex Honduran Microlot, the Proyecto is one of those coffees you want to keep listing flavor notes for, each pieces to a puzzle that comes together effortlessly. Of course, effortlessness is born of effort, and that's undoubtedly the case here, as the fruits of the producers' labor are evident from first whiff. Cocoa and berry dominate fragrance and aroma, while dark chocolate, almond, and fig form a smooth cup (along with honeydew, brown sugar, and more).
