(Limited Release) Costa Rica Chirripo Black Honey

The Costa Rica Chirripo Black Honey is an exciting limited release. Creamy in body and flavor, notes of strawberry - and to a lesser extent chocolate - make for a sweet, well-structured cup.
The honey process, also known as the pulped-natural process, is a hybrid between the washed and natural processes that dominate the coffee world. Pulped natural coffees tend to be less "bright" and more creamy than their washed counterparts while producing cleaner, more uniform cups than coffees that underwent natural processing.
