From Our Cupping Lab:
A spicy and tart coffee we discovered layers of blood orange and clove, and an ever so slight black pepper. Our Grade A like a majority of coffees grown in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea yields a heavy body and savory sweet notes. The name of this coffee comes from the unique grading system used, which takes into account bean shape, defect count, color, as well as aroma, and the quality of the cup.
