This Peru microlot is a sweet and clean cup of coffee with notes of toasted marshmallow, like s'mores. As the coffee cools slightly, notes of graham cracker begins to peak through and makes way for the tart lime flavor to finish off the sip.
This is an organically grown coffee that is handpicked as the cherries ripen. It's then processed through a wet-mill, has a 12-18 hour open-air fermentation before the mucilage is washed off. Then is laid out to dry on patios or raised beds.
