Roasting & Shipping Schedule

Roasting days for retail mail orders are generally Monday through Thursday (with the exception of holidays).  We do not normally roast on Fridays.  Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (holidays excepted).  Orders received Monday – Thursday will usually be packed and shipped the next business day. Orders received Friday – Sunday will be packed and shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

Note: We roast in New Hampshire, which sees its fair share of winter weather.  As a result, it is possible in rare cases that issues such as weather delivery service interruption, or other production delays could impact your order ship date.

From time to time we may offer special coffees that are only available in small quantities.  These coffees are usually only roasted once per week and orders for them must be placed before 7:00 A.M. on the roast day.  Orders received after 7:00 A.M. may be fulfilled if we have excess coffee, may be held until the following week, or may be refunded.  We will identify such special roasts clearly on our website.  Unless identified as such, all of our other coffees will follow our standard roasting and shipping schedule.

We package our coffees in nitrogen flushed bags with one-way valves.  We do our best to roast to order but never ship coffee that’s been roasted more than five days before the date your order ships.

All items sold on this website are subject to availability.  We may need to discontinue a product without notice or we may run out of stock on an item.  This can happen even if you have already placed your order.  In the event of such an issue, we will issue you a full refund on your item.

Shipping Methods

USPS First Class and Priority Mail

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail for single bag orders at a flat rate of $5 and USPS Priority Mail for orders over 13 ounces at a flat rate $7.  Orders over $50 of product qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Larger orders may be shipped via UPS ground at our discretion.  Additionally, if you prefer, any order can be sent via any of UPS’s standard services.  Please note that flat rate and free shipping promotions do not apply when custom shipping options are requested.  Please contact us at service@flightcoffeeco.com or call us at 603-488-5141 prior to placing your order to make alternative shipping arrangements

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup of any order placed on our Website at our Bedford, NH café & roastery location.  Please note that local pickup is not available at any other location.  By default, local pickup is only an option for customers with billing addresses in New Hampshire.  If you do not have a New Hampshire billing address but still wish to place an order for local pickup at our Bedford café & Roastery, please contact us at service@flightcoffeeco.com or call us at 603-488-5141

Please Note: All orders with New Hampshire shipping addresses will have the local pickup option available while checking out.  If you choose local pickup during checkout, but later decide you want your order shipped, we can accommodate that provided that changing from local pickup (which is always free) to shipping does not incur a shipping charge (for example, any order over $50 would be free whether shipped or picked up locally).  If your requested change does require a shipping charge, we will need to cancel your order and have you re-submit it as all payment transactions must be processed through the website at time of purchase. Also note: Once an order is picked up by the shipping carrier, we can no longer make any changes to the destination address.
