This imaginative coffee is a blend of our Colombian Grape co-fermented and Brazilian Peaberry coffees. The Colombian Grape coffee undergoes a special type of processing called anaerobic fruit co-fermentation, where the coffee cherries are pre-fermented for 24 hours in plastic bags, followed by 24 hours of fermentation in cherry.

After de-pulping, the beans are co-fermented anaerobically for 5 days with dehydrated grapes, allowing the coffee to absorb rich, fruity flavors. The beans are then dried mechanically over 10 days, ensuring consistent moisture levels, before a final stabilization period of 5 days. This meticulous process results in a coffee to absorb rich, fruity flavors. The beans are then dried mechanically over 10 days, ensuring consistent moisture levels, before a final stabilization period of 5 days. This meticulous process results in a coffee with notes of warm spice, caramel, brown sugar and red grapes.

Our Brazil Daterra Farms Peaberry is a customer favorite that showcases notes of peanut butter, snickers bar and caramel. The blending of these two coffees, together, deliver notes of peanut butter and jelly. This is the first offering from our upcoming new series of blends featuring fruit co-fermented and traditionally processed coffee.

This is a limited-release coffee, so please enjoy it while you can!
