Honduras is the Largest Coffee producing nation in Central America and one of the largest exporters of specialty-grade coffee. Though it uniquely rose to its current heights after the explosion of third-wave specialty coffee which allowed producers the space to aim for the highest quality right out of the gate. This goal of striving for the highest quality is present in our Honduras La Navi, a composition of multiple small lots from different producers. The La Navi offers notes of walnut, honey, and rhubarb; with a juicy, clean, balanced cup, and a syrupy body.
